Located in northern JiangXi Province, Jiujiang Sunshine currently has 47,000 m2 (500K ft2) of manufacturing space. The entire facility was designed for efficient process flow and high yield manufacturing. Production began in 2014 and the capability and capacity of this facility has been growing ever since. Products includes 2-10L PCB, heavy copper boards, and aluminum backed PCB’s. Eventually, this facility will handle 1M sq.ft. per month of products, with medium to high volumes.
In order to enhance the production capacity, the company invested RMB 1.0 Billion to set up Jiujiang Sunshine Circuits Technology Co., Ltd. The new manufacturing site, located in Jiujiang, Jiangxi, covers an area of 130,000 square meters. It was planned to finish the Phase I construction in December 2013; and finish the whole investment project in 2015. After the completion of the project, the monthly production capacity will be around 180,000 square meters; and, the annual turnover will increase to RMB 1.8 Billion.
